- Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and gift cards.
- Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted for items with signs of use, opened packaging, or damage not caused by our error.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank before reaching out to us.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

- Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. Otherwise, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser.

- Shipping Considerations: For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
