Key Ingredients

D-Panthenol: D-Panthenol strongly attaches to the hair cuticle and deeply penetrates the cortex. It nourishes and conditions the eye lashes and brows by bio-converting to pantothenic acid in the hair shalf and follicle. D-Panthenol also strengthens, nourishes and prevents breakage.
Ginko Biloba Extract: Flavanoid components of the Ginkgo Biloba tree are useful to stimulate the growth of eye lashes and eye brows. Ginkgo Biloba also upregulates NO (Nitric Oxide), another mechanism beneficial to eye lash hair and brow growth.
